This website gives general information about SBCA, a Web3 incubator based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and the projects in our ecosystem. It is provided for information only.

3. Applications for incubation
- Submitting an application does not create any obligation for SBCA to review it within a particular time, respond, incubate or invest.
- Any incubation, investment or other engagement will be subject to a separate written agreement.
- Please do not send confidential information through this website. We review many projects, some of which may be similar to yours, and we do not sign non-disclosure agreements at the application stage unless we agree to do so in writing.
- You confirm that you have the right to share the information you submit and that it is accurate.

4. Intellectual property
The SBCA name, logo, design and content of this website belong to SBCA or its licensors. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify or use our brand assets without our written permission. Names and logos of third parties, including ecosystem projects and partners, belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this website unlawfully, to submit false or misleading information, to impersonate anyone, to introduce malware, to interfere with the website’s operation or security, or to scrape it in a way that places an unreasonable load on it.
